About Me, Tyree
For eight years, I was an independent news publisher, event producer, author, and consultant for organizations and entrepreneurs alike. Working on small teams and independent projects helped me hone my core strengths: content writing, operations, problem-solving, and design.
My love for order and passion for communication led me into the wonderful world of User Experience Design. It took a pandemic for me to understand that I’ve been a design thinker all my life. These days, I’m living the dream as a Content Designer and Music Journalist.
When I’m not itching for a concert, dissecting films, or philosophizing, my interests are in whatever drives progress and fresh thinking. I enjoy supporting small businesses and making space for arts and Black culture however I can.
I'm passionate about impact, service, passion expression, and cultural preservation with experience on nonprofit boards and fundraising for the arts. I'm a critical problem solver as well, always willing to help businesses and independent creatives reach their goals and potential.
